Liam was careful about everything in life. Every night before bed, he checked every door twice. He never allowed the gas tank to drop below half full. Emergency tools were always perfectly organized inside the trunk. For years, he carried the same worn keychain — a tiny metal washer painted blue by our daughter Ava when she was little and convinced it looked “fancy.”
At the funeral, people kept saying the same things.
“He loved you so much.”
