Panicked JD Vance’s words during Washington shooting revealed by lip-reader

Security footage captured the dramatic moments as Secret Service agents and bodyguards rushed the stage, swiftly surrounding President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump. Agents also moved decisively to protect Vice President Vance, pulling him from his seat amid the escalating threat.

According to forensic lipreader Nicola Hickling, who analyzed video of the event, a bodyguard urgently approached Vance and instructed him, “Run, run.” A visibly startled Vance responded, “What’s happening? I’m going,” before being quickly escorted away from the area.
